maybe im old school, but regardless of how the customers treats you, you try to keep your tone down.

not here.not in my store. my co-workers usually are loud if not louder than the customer. i shake my head at times

if theres a customer who needs my help, they yell across the room "HEY!!"
so i tell them "dude, our store is less than 4 ft wide, why yell when u could walk up to me and ASK ME?"

if it werent for my numbers and the fact i do essentially assistant managers job ( actually thats all i do now. im only helping customers when we close or i open, then im in the back fixing inventory,issues,trying to get crap done. its REALLY nice.), this store would be in the gutter.

courtesy is of minimal here. dont sell more than rep A? he'll mock you. my co-worker tried to mock me because he did 5 more acts than me. i asked him how much $$ did he make in features? not much. I then asked how much is his check..thats when i got a good chuckle.

i essentially did $300 more in commission than him due to features. he was shocked. i tried to explain to him that acts and upgrades wont cut it anymore and he shrugged as i walked away telling me "hell make more next month"

i personally dont see why i bother getting here 30 minutes before we open. noone else does. to most, 9:30am means 10:15-10:45am.

the same rep who i mentioned above calls me at 10:20am saying what i wanted from mcds. i figured hes trying to say im sorry im late, so i tell him.

30 mins go by and guess what?? he went inside to eat.

its sad that i know this job to him is only temp; i got insider scoop on him. i want him fired quicker than michael brown from fema.

but hey, lets just chuckle and do our parts i say. which i am. karmas bound to do me good someday. right?

I hate kids who have no work morals. Oh well....once they have a hard time finding a job because they've been fired from every employer they've ever had, maybe they will learn their lesson.

most of these ppl are 24+.

its funny because i demand respect and authority around here. im in cloud 9 in happiness.

i do manager stuff, yet dont get the yelling from arsms and i tell these people what to do and they do it.
