One is HTC USA Inc in Houston, TX (and they were extremely friendly and helpful) and another is Topp Group, Inc. in Miami, FL. I got these contact information from I-Mate support directly... Did they change their services now? |

So I mailed everything off and 6 days later I had my phone back, and they had even replaced the front cover even though it had dings in it from me dropping it. This experience with IMate is much better than the one I had last time where they ran out of parts and I had to wait like 3 weeks for them to get more parts in from Taiwan. I've never gone through Sound Solutions, so I'm not sure how they do business yet.
