it just stoped working. any ideas?

What *I'd* do is buy a broken one off ebay(one whose keyboard still works, obviously) & switch them out. BUt then again I've taken my phone apart no less than 1,000 times & I know it inside out, the normal person would exchange it through your phone company or send it to Palm to be repaired.

You can also buy replacement keyboards for Treo 650's. It is quite common for them to fail.
