Can someone help me fill in the blank here?

So I was talking with someone today and the discussion came around to phone upgrades. I checked the VIP tool like a good little drone, and here's what I found for the guy...
1) $49.99 V3 after $100 MIR
2) TBA 4/17/2006
3) $29.99 Nokia 6102
200 extra minutes, $20 credit, accessory credits, yadda yadda.
Any idea what goes in # 2? Or does it have something to do with the fact that the guy goes out of contract on that day?

well the VIP tool appears to need to have 3 offers in the system...if they have not gotten a 3rd phone approved for a special upgrade price yet, it is possible it will be announced that day

haven't seen it. all customers will become eligible for promos more than once, so i'm guessing his current offers will expire and that is the date of new offered promos.
