edit: not fully awake yet.

You should be able to, but I'm not sure how. I'll let the people who DO know chime in. At least you get a free bump.

I assume you have bluetooth adapter and have paired the phone to the PC.

Go to "Control Panel" , "Bluetooth Devices" and your should see your phone. Add an incoming and outgoung com port.

Now it is time to configure an internet connection. Go to “My Computer”, “Network Connections”, “Create a New Connection”, “Connect to the Internet”, “Setup Connection Manually”, “Connect Using a Dial Up Modem”.

Select “Modem over Bluetooth” from the options list. For ISP Name I put in “Treo 650”. Put what ever you like. For phone number, you have to put in the virtual number provided by your cel phone company. Mine was *99***1#

This string opens up the port to your phone and activates the GPRS connection.

Next you need to put in the unsername and password which is supplied by your cel phone company. My username was: wapuser1 My password was: wap

To get online, go to your desktop and click the "Treo 650" icon. Then click "Dial"

Now you are setup to have wireless internet access through your Treo 650. When using it, I would access your POP mail using webmail to avoid downloading unnecessary attachments which will use up your data allowance.

I use my Treo all of the time for mobile internet access.

You can use DUN with Bluetooth on Sprint. If I'm not mistaken, other providers block this feature. You can use PDAnet (http://www.junefabrics.com/palmnet/) to dial up using a cable or bluetooth connection.
