v3c (alltel flash) duplicate text msgs and outgoing errors.

v3c (alltel flash) duplicate text msgs and outgoing errors.
errors i encounter when sending txt msgs to anyone (any network).
Message 25: Unable to send.
after that goes away
Message 25: Message in outbox for later.
after a minute or two
Message 25: 101 Cannot send. See

then i called my friend, he said he got it.. he also has the flash, his brother too. i did them all, but lately it's been erroring a lot, it had barely errored in the past.. the past problems were Duplicate messages, up to 10 sent to people.. and a bunch received, anyone encountering these problems?

I'm using ALLTEL 3.16.10, i'd appreciate any feedback/help.. Thanks!

I'm getting this problem too after my Verizon to Alltel flash on v3c.
Failed sending, duplicate outgoing texts, duplicate incoming.

Just bumped into this post...

That's what happens when you screw with firmware.

if i knew what caused mine, other than the firmware... i'd help you bro, sorry... anything is better than the vcast firmware though

Apparently, that's what happens when I screw with firmware, but not what happens to everyone who does. Those are the people I want to hear from. Or, one better, the people who had the same problem, who don't anymore because they continued to screw with the firmware.

Try a different flash file - seem file sounds to be invalid
