Question for people that have XBM their Z520a because of the white screen of dead, what phone did they sent you in exchange? It would be nice to get a W600i but I will take another Z520a if the software/hardware have been fixed.

I can almost guarantee you will get the same type of handset.

Well I got the phone(Z520a) in today and the CSR stated that the box or the phone should have a yellow sticker on it to state that the phone has the newest frimware. I phone nor the box I got has a yellow sticker. Question, how do I check to see if I have recieve a phone with the newest firmware.
