sound problem p910i

when i set an alarm with any kind of format (mp3, wav, midi), after the 1st full ring the sound gets low almost half of the 1st time. So low that it cant break my dream. So it keeps ringing and after half an hour or so i find that something is disturbing me, the P910. ha ha.
so what i can do ???
