hey, i'm having a strange problem after flashing my e815 with the newer firmware from http://ryfiles.com/flash/. when i go to launch the mobile web, i no longer get the splash screen. it just stays on the home screen, until the first webpage is loaded. this happened just after i flashed it. i tried putting the older version from that same site back on the phone, and the problem persists. i think there's something wrong with that file. where else can you find the firmware versions?

this didn't happen when i had the actual verizon store flash the new firmware. the problem i had with them doing it, is that periodically the phone would reboot itself. is there any other resource to get ahold of the e815 firmware?

I recently flashed my E815 myself - also notice the browser splash screen is gone but otherwise the browser works fine - including using my own gateway. Importantly, I am also suffering from the reboot issue mentioned above - particularly upon dialing with BlueTooth audio and with the phone on vibrate.
The firmware file I flashed with is "VRZ_E815_01.1E.0R_PRIhh28734_CUSTOMER_UPGRADE_01.s hx" with an MD5 checksum of 'E62DCF7AC1DC21123E14E192AAD16C19'.

i'm also having this reboot issue... before i flashed I could make a bluetooth phone call with my prius and initiate it on my phone as well using the car's integrated bluetooth handsfree.. is this a general problem with the new 8720_01.1E.00 firmware? for what it's worth i did all the usual seem edits/replaced the wap_elem file/modified the nvm file to enable evdo dun just fine. i'd hate to lose the extra functionality of the itap in the browser..
anyone else come across reboots with bluetooth headsets/handsfree after flashing? would a reflash fix it perhaps?
