MOTO ROKR E1 some issues HELP!!

ok i purchased a ROKR E1. but it was not complete... only the phone and its charger. (and im with t-mobile but the phone is not unlocked yet) so i went to ebay and bought a USB cable that was compatible with it i installed the driver that they sent me.
i plug the phone into the computer through the USB calbe and the phone reads...."some files and applications are not accessable" is this because the phone is unlocked or what??? 
and itunes will not recognize the phone either...

That msg is normal.
If iTunes won't recognize your phone, check to see if you have a memory card. If you do, then reformat it. Do a master reset if that doesn't work.
