I am having a lot of problems with my brand new v3x so heres a small time line of the events

03-25-06 recieved phone from howardforums.com its was not oem it was the 3 branded one but i quickly reflashed it with an oem monster pack and i was very happy with the results

03-27-06 started playing with the phone erased stock ringtones n pics
uploaded some mp3s n such was again very happy w the results set up t-zones etc

phone worked flawlessly for 2 weeks and wasy babyed beyond belief never dropped only used oem car chargers etc

04-09-06 I'm in the car expecting a call but when i check my phone its a blank white and wont respond so I take out the battery It gets to the HelloMoto screen but then goes fuzzy

I was pretty sure it wasnt a software problem but a hardware prob so I took it apart disconected the flex cable and reconected it n phone worked like a champ

Phone works great for about 2 days and then the same thing happens again

My question is what would you do in this situation howardforums.com wont help me and since its a branded phone and not an oem phone like it was advertised on the site how could i warrenty it and is it even possible to get it warrentied

Flash it with the same MP it came with and say you didnt tamper with anything. BTW: what SW are you running?

thats what i was thinking but would motorola warrenty it since its really a 3 branded phone And yeah i know I would have to flash it back to stock but who do i get in contact with all my documentation came in italian and has itilian contact #s on it
I really wana get the phone working So is there like a motorola hotline or something?

I think if you call motorola there going to send you to motorola italy. Hmm this seems to happen a lot of people. I want to find out what the real problem is so this doesnt happen to me as well... I know you can check a resistor on the phone that controls the v3x LCD.Does the Keypad light up?

yeah keypad lights up but sometimes when u open the screen it stays white for a few secs pretty sure thats not normal also the phone works horribley w bluetooth (picks up redicoulous amount of static) what are your expierences with the bluetooth and do any of these expierances sound familour to you

overall the bluetooth is great no static at all. the screen has been fine no white screens yet. Hopefully it will stay like that! lol sorry for your bad luck you can try replacing a resistor. Some had luck replacing the resistor and having their LCD work again. 33ohm resistor
