Need to convert treos LAME 3GP to XVID. Help please!

Hi,
Ive searched hi and low and Ive found a billion programs that convert XVID to 3GP format.. but I can not find a single thing (that works) that will convert the dumb 3gps the treo makes with its Cam corder to a standard XViD.
Anyone have any suggestions?
