I have a question that I haven't been able to find much info on. Is it possible to share my xv6700's internet connection through the built in wifi? This would be great for my non-bluetooth laptops.

Thanks for the replys.
I should probably rephrase my question, though. Here's what I would like to do.
Have my xv6700 connected through the EVDO Network and share its internet connection through ad-hoc 802.11 wireless much like you do on a regular PC when turning it into a makeshift router. It wouldn't require any special on the computer's part if it were possible. I have it going just fine through bluetooth, but I find that it limits the connection speed quite a bit.

From what I understand the 6700's out now turn off wifi when you connect to the wireless network. I have just gotten a new test model of the ppc6700 (not the vx6700) and they have just enabled both at the same time. They have also added a voice dial program to our device.

Actually, that's just a Verizon thing. By following this thread http://howardforums.com/showthread.php?t=868883 I was able to get around that.
It's quite nice as I don't have to put up with any of Verizon's crap. Bluetooth DUN works as well as have all of the services turned on at the same time (Phone, WiFi, and Bluetooth). As far as voice dialing goes, Microsoft Voice Command does quite nicely.
For the problem at hand, the WiFi sharing, I'm beginning to think that the tools just aren't there yet. I'd love for someone to show me otherwise.

I found this on pdaphone home. This first method doesnt work (unless you use linux).
http://www.pdaphonehome.com/forums/...ght=wifi+ad-hoc
this is the one for using it as a proxy(http/web only)DOESNT WORK
another one with different solutions(still proxy)
There is also a third way, wich is basically a program that routes all trafic from wifi to evdo. But i could not find it in all the forums. Sorry. I know I found it at pdaphonehome/hofo/or sprintusers though.
