V360 boot loader

I've come across a MP for V360 with firmware version ABR. When I looked into it with PST it showed a boot loader version of 08.D0, different from that of my V360 which is 08.A0. If I'm to flash this MP into my phone, is it necessary to change my boot loader to 08.D0 first, and is it possible anyway?

must be 8.d0.
