Chances of succesful L6 - > L7 conversion?

Hey guys,

I was browsing motocoder.com and came across the L6 and SLVR specifications pdf and I found that the two units are sporting the came chipset. The two exceptions seem to be the pcb with flash input and the better screen (on the L7).

All the "parts" required to try this mod are now avalaible on cnn.cn and I was wandering if motorola modders could advise me on this one. I already did a T610 - > T630 conversion pretty easily with nline guides and everything, but now this is something completely different.

So I am asking everyone with greater motorola knowledge than mine (quite low I must admit, I am used to SE phones): Do you think it can be done if I buy the parts, flash the L6 unit with a L firmware, install the screen + L7 PCB and be all done?

I was thinking the same thing...can it be done?? The L6 screen is a lesser resolution. My v330 had a better screen.
