P2K does not like my V3i?

Well I have been over all the tutorials etc, installed what I need and P2K will not see my poor V3i 
Anyone else have this problem with their V3i or are you able to get it to connect?

I can get it to see my V3X (don't have a V3i) however still won't download much information from the V3x, only certain areas. Same for both P2K Advanced Editor and P2K Tools

It isn't compatible with v3i or v3x use moto4lin or leader GL flex tools.
