the phone is easy to put in the belt clip but trying to take it out is very hard i have 2 different kinds is ther eand easy way to pop the phone out of the holster without breaking it?

There should be a thumb press release on the top of the holster.
press in then the top of the V3 should come out easy.

or if you have the one with the cingular logo on the back silde it up straight out.

I have the tmobile one... I just leverage one of the top side clips with my finger and thumb... pops right out into my hand... the tab on the top of the clip doesn't get the phone out at all... this is the best clip I've ever had for a moto... and I've had clips for the Vs since the old tiny vader phone before the v60...
