A friend just got a Sanyo SCP-4900 from Sprint and the screen displays:

"Full Locked"

If he tries to make a call it asks for "Lock Code" 4 digits.

I told him it sounds like a previous owner must have set a lock code but he says it looks like a new phone. Can anybody please help?

Try the last four digits of his phone number. Or try 0000 or 1111, 2222, 3333, and on. If no go bring it to a Sprint store.
