v360 Permanent White Screen

I've heard of the white screen problem but my phone is permanently displaying a white screen now.. even after removing the battery and power cycling the phone. I can still receive and place calls and the external LCD screen works, so the phone behaves normally except for the white screen that won't go away.
I changed the startup/shutdown screens to not display an animation and I customized cl.gif (the image displayed on the outer LCD). It was working fine for about 2 weeks until this happened at random.
Ideas?

Undo the mods that you made and if that dosn't work try to flash it.

I changed the stuff back but the screen is still white.
