oh, and just remember, the "crackling noise" is probably just because the speaker can not handle the volume of noise that it must produce. It is very normal, and will not go away unless you lower the volume to about 4 or 5. Even there it will still occur, but it is still a loud phone. I would not flash the phone, or change the language pack. Just bring it into verizon and make sure you have the latest software version...its 8720_01.1E.00 go to Menu--> Phone info--> other information--> Software version to find out which one you have. |
