start up sound wontwork

i have copy start up.mp3 in a\mobile\audio
and i have Activate Custom startup sound
SEEM 004a_0001 > offset 22 [Set 01]
SEEM 0032_0001 > offset 24 > bit 3 [Check]
but nothing hapens any idea how to enable it!!!!!

Use motokit to enable it
