I would really appreciate if someone could help me figure this out.

With my v710 I would hear an alert when I get a text message while wearing my bluetooth headset (h700).

I now have a razr phone and for some reason I dont hear any type of alert through the headset when getting text messages. I have Verizon Wirless.

Please tell me this isn't something else verizon screwed up. the new menu system is awful and the people implented the change should be shot.
