how to hear my Moto V710 other end of house?

I have a long house and when my cell (Moto V710) is at one end of the house, I cannot hear it if I am at the other end. I miss many calls because I forget to carry it with me everytime I go from one end to the other. I think the ring I have is reasonably loud and I usually can hear it on the street (if it's not too noisey).

Is there any device, any "trick" to create a signal that would travel to the other end?

I had a thought of a pad that would respond to the vibrations (put phone on vibrate) and would then produce a very very loud ring, or better, would wirelessly send a signal to the other end where there would be a ringing device.

Perhaps there's another way?

I turn my v710 to loud ringtone and turn the volume up to 7 and im partly hard of hearing and I can hear it all over my house.

Sorry also you might want to get a bluetooth headset then u can hear it ring and answer it with out moving from the side of the house your on.

But - would I have to actually be wearing the headset to hear the phone or would it make a noise or vibrate or something if it were on a nearby table?
