Treo 600 or 700w?

Please Help Me! I am very close to buying either the Treo 600 or the 700w. I can't decide if the 700w is actually worth the extra money. They both have memory card capabilities right? I understand the camera is nicer on the 700w, but yet the 600 has a better screen. Please help.
