8125 button to send call straight to voice mail?

Is there a button on the phone that when a call comes in, you can hit one of the hard buttons to send the call to voicemail, or at least silence the ring? Every other regular phone I've had has had this capability. How do you do that?

just wish I could do it without having to take it out of the holster--the power button is easily accessible--would be cool if that could do it.

I wear my 8125 in the supplied holster with the volume slider facing upward. When an incoming call comes in simply press the volume button one time. This does not send caller to vm directly but it does silence the ringer...
