Do they have any 6620's in?

Posted by: Rok3nIt

The only way you would know is to call them and ask them. I forget the number, but dial their 800 number, 1-800-801-1101 I believe

Posted by: Turbos15

Yea thats the number but I don't feel like waiting again. I was wondering if someone knew off hand.

All the XBM questions seriously just need to stop, they're all easily answered by just calling! It's not like the hold time is *that* long.

The longest I have waited for an XBM dude is 15 minutes, the other times it was just, about 40 seconds, tops.

what basically is XBM?? i have a cingular treo which i dont want, i want the 8125... ill include a 1gb sd card if anyone is interested. but anyway yea teh treo doesnt work properly sorta it drops calls and everything... would i be eligible can someone explain a little bit then ill call them?

Posted by: KlamshellKing

i know its exchange by mail but in my treo situation what would it be like?

Posted by: Rok3nIt

You would call the number, they will send you another treo if theyhave any in stock, if not they will send you the closest thing, maybe a 2125, 8125 if your lucky, and they send it too you and then when you get it, you put your old phone back in the box and send it back to them within 10 days or you get charged 210. If you XBM your phone 2 times, (meaning you would have three of the same phone total), they will send you another brand. So if you XBM your 650 2 times, the third time you call to XBM they will send you something different, in your case probably the 8125.

Would you prefer the old method of waiting in line at a retail store for maybe even longer?

Posted by: Turbos15

Lol yea can't really complain to much. This waiting music sucks though!!

Posted by: KlamshellKing

yea its the worst music ever but be greatful for the service!!!!!!!

Posted by: ElectronIntegra

The only time I called XBM they had me on hold for about 40 min because there was a problem seeing my phone on their system. It said out of warentee but it was clearly in.

But to compinsate the woman shipped it express instead of regular ground and I didnt even have to ask. All the experiences ive had with Cingular have been positive.

Posted by: Turbos15

They Still have the 6620 in stock!!!!! Lol couldn't get a 6682.

Posted by: Rok3nIt

I waited 10 minutes, lost signal, got disconnected, then waited 13 minutes, but all worth it. I was "out of warranty", but they sent me one anyway! Second w600i on it's way..

Posted by: koao

When you get a different phone, do you also get included accessories? etc charger and usb cable

Posted by: michael113056

When I sent in my first razr, it didn't come with anything. When I sent in my second one, my third one came with all the stuff, the elbow, the charger, manual, pillow, all of it. When I sent my third razr out for my w600i, they HAD to send me everything. I just sent out my first w600i, we'll have to see what they send me, because mine might have had a bat battery as well, and if they make me use the same battery then I am screwed again.

Posted by: koao

So did you have to send in your RAZR with your accessories on the 3rd try?

Another perfect example of why many of the long time Cingular/AWE forum members have left the board... Your basically are trying to scam Cingular out of a new device....

Bobolito or Tripy, please lock this thread...

You don't feel like waiting? I suppose posting your question here is quicker.
