Transfer Numbers

I had a sprint samsung phone, and I recently changed over to a samsung t-mobile phone. Now my question is how do I transfer my address book from the sprint phone to the t-mobile phone? The old sprint phone does not have a sim card, and I have USB cables for both. Is there an application that can do the transfer?

Oh, forgot to mention. The old Sprint phone is a Samsung a680. The new T-Mobile phone is a Samsung t809.
