I just got the T28 Ericsson (Voicestream) phone, when powed up, phone asked for the lock code, but I don't have it. what should I do ?

* I can obtain the data cable and/or service cable, what software to read the rom in phone?
* Should I try the enter wrong 10 times, phone should be pernament locked, so I can call T-mobile( I have an account with T-milbe) to ask for the PUK code to unlock the phone?

which way is better? please help or there are another ways to unlock the phone?

Do you mean the security code or PIN code?!
If it´s the security code you have to take it to a repair shop or try to find it out yourself. If it´s PIN code then you have to call your service provider.
