Ringtone Help on 9800

I have follwed the steps by using BitPim... I see the song on BitPim under my ringtones, but it does not show up on the phone.
Can anyone help?

Did you "send the data" to the phone?? and click the ADD icon! That will then send the rintone to the phone.
The easiest way to get ringtones to your phone is to buy a mini sd card and reader.

Ok, I did that and it worked, however now the ringtone doesn't make a sound when I play it....
