Rokr warranty replacement?

im having issues with my rokr and im on my 3rd replacement, think they will offer me a different phone if i call again?
i wouldn t mind asking for a diferent phone just for a change and to ditrch this moto UI thats terrible

I think I read somewhere that after 3 replacements they are authorized to give you some options. Never hurts to ask.
