i'm new at this.. I have a motorola razr... from verizon.. which is that, v3... v3c? v3cm? help me out.. when I loaded it into MPT it would let me alter and read my phonebook but when I click on multimedia manager it shuts down.... ???? heeelllp

v3c, in the VZW forum there should be a thread on circumventing Verizon's crippling on a defenseless phone. They lock out file transfer so that you have to buy optional ringers and wallpapers from them.

Yep, its a V3C.. and mods are needed...
