Hey guys
I have Bitpim and have downloaded the drivers for the LG 3300 (atleast I think I have the right ones). I go to bitpim and select the phone as a lg 3200 or as other CDMA phone. I then hit Get Phone Data and get a failed to open communications-Port 5. The same thing happens for port 4 and 1. Also, on auto I get an error saying failed to automatically detect port: Failed to auto-detect port in use. I couldn't detect any candidate ports.
Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

BTW I have bitpim version 0.7.29

also just a side-topic i tried upgrading to the latest version-8 point something an I got this error message
Error:
Deletefile failed; code 5.
Access is denied.
click to retry, ignore, or abort

Any help would be great
