Silly me, when I got the replace for the w600i I threw away the letter that has the magic link to online status check (think it was called smart tracker?) and now I'd like to see how far along the process is but I couldn't.

Anybody wanna be nice today and post the URL here? And no, don't tell me to log in my account online at cingular to check because this is for a prepaid phone.

How long does it take usually for the site to update? I mailed it out a week ago and it's still saying not received. I have proof of mailing.

i got my phone back. and it was still RMA status Pending
which is funny becuse i called the lady at SE and she said they think they lost it and they will try to replace it. am supposed to get another one soon this month.

LOL SE are very messy
