Has anybody attempted to make an engineering software that runs on Palm OS? I am looking for something that lets me enter an algebraic equation and plot it out on the screen so I can find the roots, and maybe does a little more and handle matix inversions so I can let my graphing calculator at home.

try MathUpro no graph though a bit like the HP series calcs but not close to my trusted TI-89

Thanks.

I found this program called LyME. Pretty similar to Matlab but I can't figure out how to work the polynomial solver yet. There's ODE45 solver but no polynomial solver?

How odd.

The powerOne Graph app is sharware, but it includes a poly solve program among many other features.
