Best Phone in DC Market ?

Which phone, in your estimation, is the best one in terms of:
1) Reception
2) Display
3) Features
4) Style
In the Cingular DC Market.
I currently own the V551 and my wife has a Nokia 3595. I was thinking about upgrading both to V3 and get her a pink one and myself black. The V3i is overkill for me. I don't need itunes or a 1.3 mp camera in my phone. Maybe going with Motorola is not the answer and we could upgrade to a different manufacturer.

I have a V3 and love it. I really don't have any reception issues at all.
