how do i get pics from my phone to my computer? on the razr

I have the razr V3c i believe it is. My dad has mobile phone tools and for some reason i cant get that to recognize my hpone. but is there any other easy way to get pics from the phone on to the computer? please help and thanks in advance

yeh i dont think mpt works for some of the new phones. although, for the v3c it should work, just update MPT. failing that, just connect it to the pc and it'll be recognised as a mass storage device. let windows find the driver automatically. failing that again, get a bluetooth dongle.

There are unconfirmed reports of new .04 firmware for the Verizon v3c that allegedly now allow MPT to recognize the phone and allow transfers of pics and ringtones without any seem edits. See the Motorola subforum in the Verizon forum under US Carriers. Stay tuned for this developing story ....

Verizon "locks down" their phones...

The Verizon V3C with .02 firmware can be used out of the box with all features of MPT... AFTER manually config'ing MPT's phone choce to V3CM.

Next.. keep in mind the Calendar bug, so try not to use that feature...

.03 firmware, requires a seem edit and manual config, or TWO seem edits... to use Multi Media studio...

.04 depends on if you had .02 or .03 BEFORE you got .04 firmware... But in most cases, with .04, you still have to seem edit.
