Sony Ericsson w600i help

I've got a W600i and i just got the Motorola h605 headset for it, and i keep hearing a lot of static when im on calls if the phone is just a little distance away from the headset or on the oppostie side of the headset. is there anything i cando?or is that just how it is?

Hm.... when my headset starts to get alot of static that usually means that it needs to be charged. Try switching the headset to either a Motorola H500 or a SE HBH-608.... typically a SE headset works best with SE phones. Hope this helps!
