s66-to-s65 and back again

I have a s66 that I flashed to an s65 some time ago. Now I would like to flash it back to the latest s66 firmware but the official firmware software tells me I have a bad software version and quits.

How would I go about changing it back? Do I need an s66 full flash file to restore it?

Winswup firmware for S66 will do the trick. You just need to find it

Or you could try full flash restore if you have previously created a backup.

Thanks for the info. Now to begin the search! I once had a back up of it, but no longer. Still, if anyone has a full flash they are willing to share just let me know!

Or is there anyway to force an install of the official firmware?
