Sorry if this is an obvious question but I've been searching for a while with no luck. Is it possible to use the Motorola V325 as a modem on Verizon's network?

I used to have an LG phone with Verizon's Mobile Office Kit -- the USB cable and software to connect to Verizon's 1xrtt network. I had a Minutes of Use plan. It wasn't blazingly fast but it worked consistently. Now I have a Treo and a data plan that my company covers, but my Dad just got a V325 and wants to use it as a modem. I can't find a Mobile Office Kit for the V325. Does one exist?

I saw the thread here which was discussing USB cables.... and one post about settings contains the word "modem", but the discussion seems geared around ringtones and MP3s

Can anyone enlighten me?

EDIT - noob error, sorry... I posted here before I saw the Verizon forum. I searched there and see lots of posts to dig through. If anyone knows the answer I'd still appreciate a reply, though. TIA
