BitPim 8.12: Can't copy multiple files to mini-SD card?

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

I used bitpim 8.12 to copy files *to* my mini-SD card via USB for the first time last night. In previous weeks, I only read *from* the phone.

I was able to copy files individually via drag-and-drop from Windoze Explorer to bitpim, but copying multiple files failed (I don't have the error log here).

Is there a "trick" to copying multiple files, via bitpim and USB, to the mini-SD card in a vx8100?

Note: I realize a card-reader on my PC is the preferred approach, but I don't have one; I just can't come-up with the money for a "nice to have" item right now.

Multiple drag and drop should work. Can you post the error log when you get it.
In some cases I've seen writing lots of files one after the other can cause errors from the phone, so it may just be this. For writing the SD card you would really be better off getting a reader to connect to the PC, it will be much faster as well as more reliable.

I'll probably hold-off and wait until I can get a reader for the PC. Bitpim is *great* for reading pictures off, but slow enough I think I'll splurge for the card-reader in a few weeks. For now, WMA (WMP 10 sync) will have to do...
