I just purchased the cingular 8125. Everytime i try to install it on my computer it keeps giving me this error message.http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y2...aday/atvice.jpg
Ive already updated and i have windows XP... whats going on?

Do you have sp2, and all the windows critical updates? I dunno why it would matter, but you may have to go to windows site and download all the updates.

alright i installed it on my laptop..... Now i m stuck on this screen where it says its connecting... its been on it for liek 10 mins now. Ive already tired reconnecting... does anyone know why its sticking on that??? what other programs can i use to manage my pocket PC

There are 3rd party syncing programs out there to link the two together. Look deeper in the forums or go to the pocket pc forum to get more info. Consider un installing the active sync software and re discovering your pocket pc.

You probably has some 3rd party firewall that blocks your activesync communication.

i dont know i got it to work, i guess my computer is messed up... i had to put it on my laptop...
