Palm Treo 650 Roaming Settings

Does this handset have any roam settings, that can be changed? I'm a technician for a small regional company, and we just received this handset, and in the manual, there is no setting to set the handset to "Home Only" or "Automatic".
Does anyone have any idea of how to get this phone roaming capable, short of using another PRL?

The phone is set to Automatic and there is no way to change the setting. Sorry.

On my Treo 650 with Sprint, there is a setting under Phone Preferences for Digital Roaming. This is the same place to turn on Call Forwarding.

I am on the alltel network and am close to Canada. I really need to know how to change my phone from roaming to home only or whatever network setting will stop me picking up the canada towers. I have the treo 650 and it is not under the phone preferences. Can an alltel agent do this?
