The plan you want looks like it's harder to find than the phone. Once you find a compatible plan, they probably have a phone that fits your needs. I've compared two plans/phones against your requested features. One is Virgin Mobile's Inner circle with a Slider sonic. One is my Cingular plan with a v551.

Low payment plan- $29.99 a month
Virgin- Yes 21 a month+additional minutes
Cingular- Yes 29.99 a month

Free nights and weekends
Virgin- Yes to three people
Cingular- Yes

Am I missing something? I thought MtM was free with Cingular as long as you signed a contract with them. That's the current promotion.
