Change Hotsync sound

so i'm officialy tired of the hotsync sounds. has anyone figured out how to, or is there a program that will, customize the sounds ur phone makes when it hotsyncs and then de-hotsyncs. also, turning the radio on and off, new sounds for that would be cool too. i thought if i could find the files in the internal mem, i could replace them with different sounds with the same name, but i don't know where to start
