Flash/reprogramming software for V3 Razr

does anyone know where to download software for flashing and reprogramming Motorola phones...I want to be able to connect the Motorola phones to the computer via usb and flash, change language, and add video to older V3 Razr versions.....
I already have the Smart Unlocker but do not want to have to spend extra $$ investing in the SmartClip.... It would be nice to just connect the phone to the computer and flash....
