My RAZR phone keeps getting dust under the screen. I remove it when i can't stand it anymore, but it just keeps coming back. I've talked to others who have the same problem and wonder if anyone knows why it happens and how to prevent it.

Keep it away from dust, sand? buy a case for it and keep it in it. only use when u get a call, dont leave it out

The problem is that some screens didn't fit properly on some phones. It's a known issue and Cingular (not sure about others) is replacing phones that have the problem.

My razr that I had for 2 months before switching to Verizon had dust under the screen. I didn't know how to get rid of it, and it got really frustrating to me.

Why is the razr prone to getting dust under the screen anways?

Well people just incase you didnt notice, but there are two holes at the top side of the screen and that is used as a vent cuz as you know, your TFT monitor gives off heat so its a toss up between dust and over heating lol. Hush its just life, my problem is figuring out how to clean it but I dont wanna open it cuz its so dificult and risky plus I dont know if yaall notice but when ever you open a phone to clean it, it get dusty even quicker the next time lol. I suggest you leave the damn thing alone cuz i'll bet its gonna get worste if you try anything like opening it. but if it is unbarably dusty(meaning you cant see shlt) then go ahead and try a thing.
