Im having a problem with multimedia studio i got the icon but i cant transfer files can anybody help me please the error code is phone is not connected or something then when i exit it and return to phone tools im not connected but the weird thing is i can update my contacts and my calender witout this problem. also when i try to update it it says update engine not installed

Telus phones have their compatibilty with MPT's MultiMedia studio "disabled" but the wireless carrier. You can seem edit the phone to re-enable this.
Seem 041A, Bytes 7A, Record 1, Offset 6A, bit 0... set the value to 1.

as for updating and getting the engine not installed message... What version of MPT do you have? Where did you purchase it? If you downloaded, its a pirated copy, and sometimes BVRP's servers will NOT allow pirated copies to update.

Note: there is a MPT V3.40i floating around on the net which is a bogus, non-licensed version which will not upgrade...
