Hello. I have been searching for about 4 months for this iformation so I am hoping that someone can help me!

I have a V220 phone and when I purchased it I did not receive any sort of CD or anything. I have purchased the cable and would like to take a picture off of my phone and load it into my computer. I have Windows XP but so far everything I have found or been told does not work! If anyone can give me step by step instructions of how to get the picture off of my phone I would deeply appreciate it!

you need to purchase Motorola Phone Tools (MPT) this plus your cable will allow you to back up your phonebook, transfer pictures, etc.
