flashing nokia 1100 and 2600

i've looked here and nokiafree for instructions on what i need and how to flash these phones. i would like to see if there is a way to flash with an M/F-Bus cable preferably. that or a method for about $50.
edit: i forgot, i want to have the equipment myself, not having to ship off the phones, so i can repeat if i want to
