In Bangkok, 903 is sold around 17000-21000 Bath (about $US 425-525 ).
I'm not sure where is the cheap store for 903 but you can find it at MBK.
If you go to Thailand with tour agency, you may ask that you can go to MBK or not.
Sharp handsets are usually imported form Japan so its keypads have both JP and ENG language.
Due to illigally import, on line website for sell 903 is not available but you may find it on some online forum (if youcan read thai).
Be carefull! MBK is the center of mobilephone market in Thailand but you may be deceived or overpriced, espectially you are not native.
Price are also depend on color, red 903 is the cheapest but the black one is the most expensive. However price should not exceed 21000 Bath.
If you decide to purchase one, please check your handset and accessories thoroughly before leave.
I think these are some facts that may help you. Good luck

What do you mean by checking what the box contains? is it possible to get there something fake?

Not really but its better if you make sure that all the gadgets are in there (headphones, mini SD, charger, etc.), I know a store his name is Peter, he speaks english and I bought 2 phones off him already (902 and 903), his number is (015544468), I got mine for 17,000Baht and he sells all the three colors equally. He's travels often so if you're lucky you'll get him on his mobile, otherwise walk around MBK and you'll find his shop around the connection between MBK and Tokyu. Good luck pal.

Kinmod, Does diffrence color 903s are sold at the same price, really? That's great.
I heard that non-scratch secondhand sharp tend to be sell as a new one. You look at from-factory screen protector, it should be applied on the screen completely and does not have line of scratch in battery slot.
In my opinion, Peter's shop (3G) is reliable and can be bargained, however, some salesman need to improve service-mind.
Beside that, don't forget to ask what firmware you need to flash on 903 too.
